Elevating Brand Identity to Empower Female Entrepreneurs in Government Contracting
Studio T68 transformed K.R.G. Consulting's scattered messaging into a focused brand identity that positioned founder Kymiel Standifer as the trusted guide for female entrepreneurs navigating government contracting, resulting in a 132% increase in booked clients through strategic positioning and refined visual execution.
Problem
K.R.G. Consulting faced a critical branding challenge where founder Kymiel Standifer's established expertise lacked clarity and focus, hindering her ability to attract committed, higher-paying clients in the competitive government contracting consulting space.
Gap
Despite Kymiel's deep knowledge and empathetic approach, her brand messaging suffered from competing voices and unclear positioning, making it difficult to differentiate her firm and communicate her unique value proposition to female entrepreneurs seeking government contracts.

Solution
Studio T68 developed a comprehensive strategic brand positioning using the "seasoned mountaineer guide" metaphor and the StoryBrand framework to position clients as heroes with K.R.G. Consulting as their trusted guide.

The consultancy is supported by a complete rebrand to "Power in Coaching" featuring dual logo systems for both K.R.G. Consulting and Power in Coaching, an empowering tagline, a sophisticated 5-color palette anchored by Ultra Blue and Emerald Green, custom typography using Baskerville Semibold and Avenir Medium, and a complete website redesign (powerincoaching.com) that clarified Kymiel's role as both technical expert and motivational support system for women-led businesses navigating bureaucratic challenges.
This project demonstrates how strategic brand positioning combined with focused visual identity can transform a consulting practice from scattered messaging into a powerful, client-attracting brand that drives measurable business growth while establishing thought leadership in specialized markets.
